The Xbox Series S will have 364gb of usable storage at launch
364GB (not a lot in my opinion) but I'm sure it will have more or the ability to add more in the future.
When referring to memory you need to be more specific. Do you mean usable memory (RAM) or do you mean storage (Hard Drive). An Xbox comes with a set amount of Ram, not upgradable. The Hard Drive can be upgraded to a larger drive(very expensive). All games that are made for the Xbox will run on any Xbox( no compatibility problems.
It comes with a 256mb memory card built in, but it can also use a hardrive for extra storage.
The difference in terms of 20 gig and 40 gig for an Xbox 360 is the storage. The gig refers to "gigabyte" which is how much data it can hold.
The new Call of Duty Map Packs will of course require storage for the size of the files contained in them. This is only a problem for the 4 GB Xbox 360 as other PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles will have enough storage or the option of making room for it. First Strike is scheduled to be released on February 1 2011 for the Xbox 360 and the PS3 release date has not been announced
Both of these are good, but the PS3 specifically caters to your needs for storage. You can buy 3 different kinds of GBs of storage, depending on how much money you have, which makes it better for your needs than the Xbox 360.
