Hi,
Using a crate is the easiest method. In a nutshell, here are the basic steps:
1. Take time off to housetrain your puppy.
2. Start using a crate the day you bring her home.
3. Take your puppy outside for a bathroom break every one to two hours during the day.
4. Plan a middle-of-the-night potty run for young puppies.
5. Shower her with treats and praise when she does a good job.
6. Don't punish your pup for accidents you haven't seen.

feed let it crap and wizz then walk it!!! duh...
make sure its always warm and safe, and never leave alone for too long. feed it milk mostly, by dipping finger in milk, then hold up to puppy who licks it off, until it is ready to do it by itself. only feed it solids when its totally ready, and start with canned jelly based puppy food. make lots of fuss and give many cuddles. take to vets and ask for vaccination and jabs. they will give you a time & date and tell you when your pup can come in contact with other dogs and when you can take it out on walks. don't do anything until your vet tells you to. this is very important.

I'd say steer clear for a week or so. The mother can be over-protective, she can leave the puppies, or the puppies might even get hurt.
Yes, there are six week old puppies for sale in West Virginia. One company, PetsMart, always has young puppies that are up for adoption in any city.
depends on how old. we put our 5 week old puppies in there cage so they don't pee in the house. depends on how old, and the behaiver of your dog.
