You can't gain a six-pack in 3 days, it would actually depend on your current shape.cuz the shape you are in now would affect the amount of time it took to lose the pounds you have (ifyou have) and then gain the muscles
If you mean the kind of muscle 6 pack, it's pretty hard to get one in a day unless you're almost there already. It should take a week or so to get a six pack if you're working hard at it. Otherwise, spray paint one like Robert Pattinson in New Moon.

But if yours is covered in fat, it will take much longer than a week to make them visible. Depending on how much fat you got, it make months before you can see them. You will need to dedicate a lot of your time to your exercise routine :)
For six-pack abs, you do stomach exercises such as situps. However, attempting to build muscles too quickly will just get you aches and pain. It takes time.
Note also that exercises mostly serve to tone the muscle underneath the fat. But if you want visible muscles, the fat has to be burned off. For that, the main thing is to ditch the junk food and the sweetened drinks. Exercise alone might not be sufficient.
Here's a program for the period in which you want to lose weight:
Plenty of moderate aerobic exercise, no sweetened liquids at all, and no junk food at all. Preferably no sugar, and as little added salt and processed foods as possible. Eat 3 moderately-portioned meals/day, and do not skip breakfast.
