1st, the Hadith is what Prophet Muhammad said, did, or accepted. Prophet Muhammad urged his companions to write the Quran scriptures, but didn't wish them to write the hadith at the same time, except for certain persons who were ordered to write the hadith "the original papers are still present in museums". This is because Prophet Muhammad feared that people would mix the Quran and the Hadith. and most of the Hadith was kept by the companions by keeping and educating to those who follow, depending on their excellent ability to keep, as was well known about Arabs before Islam. Till soon after collecting the Quran scriptures in one book after they were written in pieces of leather, bone, or tree leaves; some Islamic scientists decided to collect the Hadith, a Hadith scientist, used to travel for a month to get one hadith. there are many Hadith scientists who collected it and left us books in it, Al Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Daoud Al Termithy Al Nasaii Ibn Magah Ahmad Ibn Hanbal,.. there is another science of the hadith, which is confirming the hadith, ie, following the tellers of each Hadith, if one teller was suspected to be a liar, the Hadith is weak "Daeef"; if all are known of their dignity and faith, and known to be honest, the Hadith is right "Sahih", and if there is a missing teller, the Hadith is "Mursal", then if another matching strong hadith was found to have the same meaning of this "Mursal", this Hadith would then be good "Hassan". Each Hadith has its own classification, so if somebody wished to consider a Hadith, he would 1st know if it is strong or weak, to deside wether to take it or leave it, as different circumstances may emerge.
qiyas is the secondary sources of islam and can be used in working out in legal thinking
Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) Has Not told Any Body Or To Even Enemies About Islam Until Quran Surat Was Made Until Allahs Permission Was Granted To Talk About It. After The Permission Was Granted He Never Talked About Unlogical Things Only Logical That Was In A Surat. He Didn't Force Or used any kind of Magic to turn people in to muslims. Quran shareef says only to follow whats in the quran not in any other book. Allah Tallah has not promised about any book except for quran that it will not change until a Resurrection Day. This Is Not A Novel Its A Holy Book. Allah Tallah Is Running A Whole World Logically Way Not Magically Otherwise You Won't Have To Work Or Do Anything The Food Would Be Right there On The Table For Doing Nothing. Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) spreaded islam using quran surats with allahs permission not by any other book or anything from his mind. The quran is the most complicated book in the world you try and read it! the hadith is kind of like the extra explanation that compliments the Quran
The Qiyas is the process of comparing reasoning within the teachings of the Quran and the Hadith. Example : In order to make a comparison with a known ruling (nass) to a new ruling. As a result of this method, the ruling of the Sunna and the Quran may be used as a means to solve or provide a response to a new problem that may arise. Therefore Qiyas means comparing one thing with another similar thing.
None !! All the holy Quran is in Arabic.
Hadith (حديث) means "saying", "phrase", "event", "occurrence", or in some cases "currently". However, the term Hadith is also used to refer to collections of stories about Muhammad from which an Islamic jurisprudential concept can be derived. The two most prominent Hadith collections are Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih al-Muslim.
The primary book used in Islam is the Quran, which is considered the holy scripture revealed by God to the Prophet Muhammad. Additionally, Muslims also refer to the Hadith, which are collections of sayings and actions of the Prophet Muhammad, as a source of guidance and tradition.
