It is not hard to download the Yahoo tool bar. First go to their website at toolbar.yahoo and hit the download now button. After which, just follow the prompts.
The toolbar can be uninstalled using the provided tool with it; if you are using Firefox you right click the top bar to get to the add-on bar. From there you can disable it or uninstall it. There are also uninstall options on the bar itself. To get it completely off of a computer or laptop go to the "Add / Remove Program" option in the Control Panel and remove it from there. It will uninstall all facets of the Yahoo Toolbar.

If you have a tool bar that is with asl you may be on the uper left corner of the tool bar if you have a peoplepc.com tool bar it is not there and you can go to start and have a work page that may have an add on opption and click that and it will pop up as a yes or no opption.
You may not have it installed on your system. If it is and you can see it in your web browser, download the setup and install it again. The Yahoo Toolbar should be listed now.

The only sure way is to go to control panel and "programmes and features" assuming you have windows 7.i think its the same on windows vista.windows xp is called add/remove programmed i think :/anyway, scroll down the list once it has loaded and find the yahoo! toolbar. it should be there.
"Start" / "Control Panel" / "Add or Remove Programs". Brings up a list of everything installed on your computer. Find Google Toolbar on the list and click it. Hit the "Change/Remove" button. It's gone.
