im 15 almost 16 and i have 32A boobs,small.! && its very irritating knowing how little they are and im to young for surgery stuff.! but ive heard that doing 10 push ups a night will help work ur pec muscles and boobs to grow. also i heard that massaging them with lotion works,which it does because ive tried it a few times. stand up straight when u walk also pushing your shoulders back. & dont sleep w/ a bra on because it keeps your boobs tight in one spot not allowing it any room to move and grow. with it off, they can grow freely .

Growing Breasts

There are many methods by which women attempt to promote their natural breast growth and these methods are known collectively as natural breast enhancement (or sometimes as natural breast enlargement). It's a pursuit which in recent years has become increasingly popular in all parts of the world.

The main English language websites which detail the various methods of natural breast enhancement are 'Breast Nexus' and 'NBE Quest'. None of the methods discussed on these sites are clinically proven and most rely on traditional knowledge or folk medicine, although there are more modern ideas too.

The use of herbs and herbal formulations is the most widely used method of encouraging natural breast development, but today use of pumps and suction devices is becoming common in some parts of the world. Note that modern medicine remains skeptical of all methods of promoting breast growth.

  • If you gain weight and deposit fat in the breasts they will get bigger, but so will the rest of your body. Also, when you lose weight in your body your boobs will be big but you will be skinny that's what i did, but also if you buy a bra bigger than your normal size and sleep with it on, sleeping on your stomach during the night your boobs will stretch and be hanging down, but I have never tried it so it may not happen,but if you keep doing it every night it may happen.
  • You can enlarge the muscles under the breast tissue that may give the appearance of a slightly larger bustline and help to keep them from sagging. Any exercise for the pectoral muscles will do. Pectoral muscles are muscles that support the breasts so if you do them your breasts will get a somewhat lifted appearance. Other chest exercises will help to create a little more rounded look. The breast themselves, however, will NOT increase in size no matter what exercise you do.
  • There are simple and easy exercises that you can do to build up your breast area. It's important to understand though that your breasts are made up of mostly fat, so no matter how much you exercise, it's difficult to firm up the fat in the breast area; however, the good news is that you can get a little lift in your breasts by firming up your pectoral muscles under the breasts. You can due simple exercises you can do to firm up your pectorals If you add exercises to your regular workout routine, you can definitely firm up your pectoral muscles and add some lift to your chest.
  • Here is an exercise for your boobs: Put your hands in front of your breathing area and put your hands in the position of praying. Put your elbows out and push your hands together really hard then do this repeatedly.
  • To make your boobs appear bigger, twist the front of your bra to push your boobs together. This will make them appear rounder and bigger.

  • Massage your breasts with lotion 2-3 times per day for about 5 minutes each.

What you do is site straight up(best in a chair), then have your arm(from the shoulder to the elbow) straight by your side. Then bend at the elbow so that your arms from (elbow to wrists) is sticking straight out aligned with you knees. Then take you arms and put them up so that your thumbs are touching your shoulders and w/ your forearms squeeze your breasts. Do this about 20x's. And you should see improvement.
  • Also, you can try by rubbing lotion, or cocoa butter on your breasts every night. Cocoa butter is best, but most people don't use it or is allergic to it, so they use lotion.
  • Eat a healthy, balanced diet, exercise regularly and development will happen as fast as nature intends. Any other option has health risks.
  • Massage your boobs with lotion, each night. You can also squeeze your breasts together with your forearms x20 every night/day.
  • There is nothing you can do to make them grow faster. But in the meantime, if you are like an A or B cup you can wear a push-up bra (such as a Playtex Wonderbra or something similar). That will push the breasts up and closer together to make cleavage.
  • You can wear a low cut shirt with the bra to to draw attention to your breasts.

  • I've found that soy enhances your hormones so the hormones will sprout your breasts faster. My breasts started growing when I was between 8 and 9. Be careful because this solution can also make your armpit smell start to be more noticeable. But it's worth it; just use deodorant.
  • Take off your bra at night and it grows slowly but works. I am still just trying to make them bigger cause everyone has hit "." but me so i have to make guys look like i have matured at least a little.

I put mustard plasters on them for 30 minutes every day. Also, I do boobs compresses (hot wet towel for 1 min and cool wet towel for 30 seconds). And I put pepper plaster 2 or 3 times a week.

There are only four ways for your breasts to get bigger. Don't believe the ads for "enhancement creams" or "secret herbs" they are just a way to separate you from your money and do not help.

#1. If you are a young teenager, just wait. Be patient with mother nature. Not all women develop at the same rate or timing in life. Accept yourself where you are and allow your body to take the natural course as your breasts grow.

#2. Eat well. That is eat a good healthy diet. If you are on a severe diet and do not take in enough healthy calories, your body will respond by not placing fat deposits in your breasts. This is not a license to eat junk food. Make sure your diet is full of veggies and fruit with a balance of other foods.

#3. Go under the knife. Implant surgery will give you bigger breasts but of course any surgery comes with risks and side affects. Breast augmentation can adversely hurt your future ability to breast feed your children. Improperly done, cosmetic surgery will not give you the natural look you desire. There is a long list of Hollywood types who have proven this. Think long and hard before you move ahead with this option.

#4. Make milk. Yes, oddly enough breasts are designed to produce milk. And as your milk supply grows so will your breasts. Of course this option is generally accompanied with a small child but everything has it's down side. If you don't want a child the other option is to do what is called induced lactation. This is a process where your breasts are stimulated (using a breast pump or willing partner) over the course of several weeks until they begin to produce milk. Adoptive mothers often do this in preparation for the infant they are adopting. This process requires a fair amount of dedication on your part, but it is all natural and doesn't require the expensive services of a doctor.
