Lay down under the back of the truck and face one of the tires. You will see an oval rubber plug above the axel in the middle of the back plate of the brake. Pull out this plug and using a flat head screwdriver you will need to locate the star wheel that is inside this slit. All you have to do if rotate the star wheel to the outside of the truck. The easiest way to do this is to point the screwdriver down towards the ground, enter the slit in the back plate, locate the star wheel and then pull down on the screwdriver handle which will cause the flat head to rotate the star wheel to the outside of the truck.
Repeat for the other side, again rotating the star wheel to the outside of the truck.
