The 3.7 Liter is an inline 5 cylinder engine.
4-cylinders, the 3.5L's have 5 cylinders
what is the towing capacity of my 2012 Chevy Colorado 4x4 4 cylinder automatic.
Depends which engine option it has. If it is an inline 4 cylinder it had 4 cylinders and if it is a V6 it has 6 cylinders.
Cylinders #1, 3 and 5 are on the drivers side, front to rear. Cylinders #2, 4 and 6 are on the passengers side, front to rear.
Cylinder 5 is 3rd cylinder from the front on driver's side. Cylinders are numbered in this manner. Driver's side front to rear 1-3-5-7 Passenger side front to rear 2-4-6-8
Front to back is 1-2-3-4 Firing order is 1-3-4-2
Driver's side head front to rear is 1-3-5 cylinders. The other head front to rear is 2-4-6 cylinders. A stright 6 cylinder engine front to back is 123456 cylinders.
This is a far reaching question that needs more clarification. There are cylinders where the pistons are located. If you have a clutch then you have a clutch master and slave cylinder. On the brakes you have a master cylinder and wheel cylinders. And the beat goes on. You need to distinguish as to which cylinder you are referring.
Drivers side, front to rear, 1,3,5,7. Pass side front to rear, 2,4,6,8.
Drivers side, front to rear, 1,3,5,7. Pass side, front to rear, 2,4,6,8.
