The human eye and frog eye are both socketed, meaning they do not protrude from the skull. They are different in that the human eye is more advanced than the frog's eye in various ways as it is connected to the brain. Frogs are not colour-blind, they actually have colour reception about as great as a human's.

I don't know the above reasoning but want to add here that "Basic difference between a Human and Frog eye is that a human eye can detect the picture (scene) with out any movement (or phase change) as well as the movement while a Frog's eye is blind for a still picture and only detects a phase change" Also, because frogs have small brains, they base their decisions on reactions occurring in the eye and not the brain, which is how humans make decisions.

e.g:

If you hang a fly in front of a frog without any movement, then there is no reaction from the frog but when you give a very small movement that is a phase change, the Frog at once detect it and then attack on the fly.

because a frog is sometimes hunted, hey have eyes in the sides of their heads to see all around. Humans have to hunt(or did have to before the supermarket appeared) sot their eyes are in the front of their heads to see straight ahead.

frogs have clear eyelids so they can see under water.

also frogs eyes are orange and black to tell its prey that it dangerous
The eyes of the frogs are a lot different but does have some similarities. First of all their eyes have a water disnfectant. That is why their eyes are waterproof having the big glare of the sun directly in the middle. This eye of the frog helps them see better underwater but if you touch the eye of it gets damaged, it can turn purple and cause sickness to the frog called "mosthiphnis"
The eyes of a frog differ from those of a human because they are located on the sides of the head. This allows the frog to see forwards, to the sides, and even backwards a little bit. They also have 2 different types of rods. This is what gives them very good night vision. While one type of rods is for seeing in darkness the other types help them see in dim light. Also, another difference is the lens over the eye. To change focus, a human changes the shape of the lens. So if you have a stigma your eyesight is off. However, a frogs lens moves closer to the pupil to change the focus. So if a frog were to have a stigma it would not give them bad eyesight.
Frogs have human-like eyes, they have a retina that can be focussed, a pupil and a lens. What differs frogs from humans is the presence of a 'third eyelid' for protection of the eyes wile swimming or jumping. What differs most is the way their brains analyze the signals from the eye, this is much more simple than in humans en this is why frogs can only see moving objects and cannot detect anything more than a few meters away.
