It is a warning
A split personality is when a person can be two different personalities at one time. On occasion they can appear nice, helpful, a good friend or even a good lover and without warning they could become selfish, arrogant and cruel. They flip back and forth between the two personalities.
Part of the warning is asking the accused person "Do you understand your rights as I have presented them?". If the individual says no, then, generally, the police will have a public defender explain the rights in detail until the individual understands. If the individual lies and says yes, that's his own fault.
The warning signs of uterine cancer are going to vary based on the individual, however, some of the more common ones are pain in the abdomen and blood in the urine.

It obviously varies based on the personalities of the people involved...but typical warning signs would include: "push-pull" behavior, whereby the more interested the woman behaves, the more the man withdraws; refusal to compromise on issues the woman tells him are important to her; behaving in disrespectful or condescending ways; trying to create jealousy or possessiveness by hitting on her friends, etc.
