Assumming you mean motor oil. Motor oil is meant to lubricate the engine and help dissipate heat. If you loose too much oil your engine may seize bringing you to a quick and possibly terrifying halt. Many people ignore oil leaks which means it soaks into the ground which of course is bad for the environment and also costly since you will have to add more oil every once it awhile. Don't worry about it catching fire, motor oil gets up to 200 and 250 degrees in an automobile but it burns at about 420 degrees Fahrenheit. In other words unless something other than the engine brings it up to temperature, it will not burn.

Seal leaks oil... Or oil in your charge air cooler...
it leaks oil
You probably have a worn seal(s) or bad gasket(s).
No, it will not cause oil leaks.
Over full is worst then not enough. To much oil can cause oil leaks.
I switched to full synthetic engine oil in 2001 and have no oil leaks on my 1995 Ford What makes you think you will have leaks? And if you think you will have leaks then why would you use synthetic? You will have no leaks that you would not have with conventional oil.
Oil leaks, piston oil rings bad, Valve seals worn out. The whole engine may just be worn out.
Valve cover gaskets leaking oil onto exhaust manifold/s. Bad valve seals. (if oil level drops) Bad PCV valve. Allowing oil into intake manifold/throttle body area.
NO it will not. That is BAD stuff to put in the engine oil. You need to check the PCV Valve and make sure it is working. If it is then you will need to replace the rear main seal.
If there aren't any visible leaks, its leaking internally. The 3.1L V6 engines are known for bad gaskets. Is there oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil? Is there a tan frothy substance on the oil fill cap? If so, your coolant is getting into the oil.
Typical symptoms are oil leaks due to abnormally high internal pressures forcing oil past gaskets and seals.
If you have oil leaks from "places", then you may have seals that may have gone bad. Have your vehicle serviced as soon as possible.
