Good till they go bad!
Pontiac does not use inertia/reset switches.
check the fuse to see if it is blown or replace the fuel pump relay under hood
I just had one replaced on my 2001 Aztek. It is inside the fuel tank. This was a costly experience. Fuel pumps are expensive then the labor to drop the fuel tank and replace it is crazy!!
my 2000 Montana is still on its original fuel pump
The 2004 Pontiac Montana Ext Minivan holds 25 gallons of fuel in the fuel tank.
Not exactly sure what you're asking for here, but if you mean a fuel pump reset switch, as on a Ford, these vehicles are not equipped with it.
I had this problem with my 2002 montana. The fuel gauge inside the tank was defective I went to a garage where and had the gauge changed (you can buy the part from the dealer ) You have to take the fuel tank down and unplug the wires and the fuel lines(you need a special tool to disconnect the fuel lines) Parts and labor cost me $260.00
on the undercarriage...
Yes it does have a sensor, which is located with the fuel pump in the tank. Additional Info: It will cost you about 900$ Canadian to replace the entire fuel pump (the sensor is with the fuel pump).
There is only one fuel pump fuse on a 2001 Pontiac Montana. It can be found in the engine compartment near the firewall at the rear of the compartment.
my fuel pump is not work
Almost all fuel pumps are located in the gas tank.
