The Salvation Army is a Christian organization and NOT a church denomination.
because different denominations have different beliefs in god :P
All denominations came from Catholics and having same bibles with small changes/
Completely different; as they are so different to any other "Holy" man. Jesus Christ taught salvation by faith in his precious blood of his cross. Ghandiji taught many things to per-fect man and lead him to salvation - similar works to other "Holy" men, but they did not work because of sin in man, which only Jesus dealt with.
Christians believe Jesus Christ died on the cross to save humans from their sins and to give all humans "salvation". When a person (quote) "accepts Christ into his or her heart", this means discovering salvation. It is important to note that different denominations have different beliefs about Jesus Christ and about how one gains "salvation". It is also important to note that non-Christian groups have other beliefs about their God and the way to live a godly life. Atheists argue there is no God and that "salvation" is only our own efforts to achieve a satisfactory life.
"How are different parts of the human brain similar to and different from the brains of other primates?"
One unusual feature when compared to a number of other countries is that all denominations of US currency are the same size, where other currencies have bills in different sizes.

Paper money typically comes in denominations ranging from $1 to $100 in the United States. Other countries may have different denominations for their paper currency, depending on their currency system and value of their currency.

Different Christian denominations have different beliefs about baptism. Some believe that baptism by immersion is the only valid form of baptism, while others accept other modes, such as pouring or sprinkling. Ultimately, most Christians believe that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ, rather than the specific mode of baptism.
Lutheranism is one of the first protestant denominations. They believe in the bible as the only authority on life, and that salvation comes from faith in God alone. Other than that, there are no specific rules. Each local branch has it's own customs.
