ABC in Puerto Rico is channel 20 (WPRU).
Channel 21
This would probably be impossible if you wanted to work on a series on the channel, but Disney Channel does produce movies outside of California. For example, Dadnapped was filmed in northern Utah, and Princess Protection Program was filmed in Puerto Rico. So you might want to try to audition for a DCOM, if they are casting for roles in or near your area. The Disney XD series Aaron Stone is shot in Toronto, so if you lived there, you could audition for a guest role. But Disney Channel has not produced an original series that was not shot in L.A. since In a Heartbeat in 2000.
