I have run into a lot of people with your problem. For most people I would recommend eating fewer calories, etc but for you I would go for a different set of strategies: * Get plenty of sleep and reduce stress as much as possible

* Eat several small meals a day but don't focus on lowering caloric intake

* Do high intensity aerobics and weight lifting exercises * AVOID all low-intensity endurance exercises like long distance jogging

* COMPLETELY remove sugar and white grains from your diet * Avoid beer and wheat particularly

* Balance out carbohydrates with an equal amount of fat/protein Your body knows that you're skinny and that is why it insists on keeping that belly fat. You can either coddle it by making sure you are never hungry, or else shock it into submission by challenging your body and building muscle mass. I recommend a blend of the two. You may also want to get your cortisol levels tested, as high cortisol levels can cause abdominal fat accumulation.
