Well, it depends what you want to watch.
Cartoons/adventure:
Say that cartoons help a child's imagination. That cartoons are the very soul and fabric of being a child. Without cartoons, children would have no imagination. You need imagination to help you in the future.
Reality/documentary:
Reality and documentaries are all about discovering the truth. Reality shows are based on real events, so that sort of teaches you not to lie. Tell her if she doesn't want you to be a liar, let you watch it.
Horror/suspense:
Everyone's gotta watch some of this; Tell her that it can be a maturity test for you. If you don't have nightmares/paranoia after watching the stuff, she might think you have a strong enough mental state to not let t.v. over-power you.
Sci-fi/fantasy:
Star Wars, Star Trek, what else is there? Who knows? They could teach you about the galaxy... Perhaps maybe inspire you to be the next space explorer. I'm sure mom wants a succesful child.
well why wont the let you?
ask them what the want to watch and if you can watch it with them.
yes because some is good for there imagination
I have saved up enough $$ from working but my parents don't like electronics and that kinda stuff. I get perfect grades and apart from a computer we have no electronics (wii and tv. also.) I really want one though.
Sarah must read for 54 minutes
go crazy! have a party order pizza do anything u want that ur parents wouldnt let u have fun mess up the whole house call friends, have friends come over eat a lot of junk food watch movies that ur parents wouldnt let u watch
watch television
because there parents wont let them go to there friends house and they normally sit on the couch and watch tv or txt if u have a phone.....they might even go on the computer.....................but they should mostly blam there parents for being bord because they wont let them do anything
"Let" is an irregular verb whose past simple and past participle are also "let". Therefore:My mother only lets me watch TV if I finish my homework. (Present)My mother let me watch TV yesterday after I finished my homework. (Past simple)My mother hasn't let me watch TV this week because I didn't do my homework. (Past participle)
It is up to them if they ban it or not. Parents need to monitor what their children watch.
Well first beg! If that doesnt work then say that she is the best mom ever and you never ment to do whatever you did. If she buys that then tell her you want to talk about it. That always works! If that doesnt work ask your dad to convince her you didnt do it. You ask why your dad? Cause if your his little princess he will believe you! Why will your dad convince her you ask. Your dad is your moms best im mean best best friend in the whole wide world! If that doesnt work you should have gone on a diffrent site! : }
Miramos la televisión.
give her what she wants ;)
That is up to the discretion of the parents.
