If you take 40 min HD video assuming it to be 1280 x 720 then then it should be around 400 Mb but even if these videos have more resolution then they would not exceed 800Mb. So six videos will require 6 x 800 = 4800 Mb = 4.7 GB approx and obviously not all your videos are 800 so they should fit in.But if the size exceed the actual 4.7 GB size of DVD then you can add it to RAR file and then write it.
