You are 13 and you dont really hang out with friends outside of school and other people do but you not shure if you should hang with friends outside of school?
I'm thirteen too. And sometimes I hang out outside of school, go to the mall, movies and sleepovers. But like you're not obliged too, you can still be really good friends but not hang out outside of school. The main purpose of hanging out is to have fun and get to know your friends better. Definitely, hanging out outside of school is good, but you don't have too.
