Autozone.com gives you access to free online repair manuals. You just enter your vehicle information and log on and you can use them anytime. You will find the fuse box diagram there

You will have to remove the dashboard in order to get to the lites. Autozone.com has detailed instructions. However, first check the fuses. If you don't know where the fuse box is, look in your owner's manual. If you don't have a manual, call up or stop back your local Mazda dealership.

The factory shift know is simply pressed into place. To remove the knob, pull on it. If it's still on quite tight, you maybe need to firmly twist while pulling the shift knob. If all else fails, use a piece of leather to protect your know, and some channel lock pliers to work the knob back and forth until it is loose enough and can be removed.
