First the old tiles need to be removed. They are usually held in place by a metal frame so this needs to be removed first. You then glue the new tiles together with PVA glue and stick them back on.

Alternatively, you might be able to source your glass replacement from a store like Amazon.com, but you will need to know your part number for that.
