To access the Temporary internet files folder in Windows Vista do the following:

  1. Open a windows explorer (not Internet Explorer), click Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> Select Show hidden files and folders
  2. Uncheck Hide protected operating system files -> Click Yes -> Click Apply.
  3. In the address path write the following (Make sure to add your username): C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5.
  4. You should now be able to see the files.
