I know you've probably heard this a million times, but exercise daily. Go to your local gym. Eat healthy, and lay off the junk food. But don't starve yourself. If you starve yourself you won't get abs, you'll get counselling. Tyr doing sit-ups every day. I am doing them every day to improve my P.E. score. Start out small with ten. Then work your way up to 50, twice a day. Get a running buddy who will run with you and help you achieve your goal. But remember, the most important thing is to enjoy it. Abs aren't and shouldn't be the basis for your life. It should be your personality and your attitude that make people want to like you.

Exercise everyday for an hour AT LEAST! eat less then 1000 calories a day, and try to lay off the fat in foods. Run a mile more/less (depending on how fast you want it) every day. Cardio exercise is a really important part. Crunches should also be a daily routine. Make a rule for yourself, for example: every time you step into your room, do 15 crunches. Start low then go higher like 30 or 45. Do exercise videos (and particapate) and again, with food its all about moderation.

If you are 10-13 and want to get abs. The best ways are to do crunches, pull ups, and mountain bike riding...... mountain bike riding works great for working your legs, arms, and stomach. It is probably the one I recommend the most. I go on 6 mile bike trails 2-3 times a week. It's a good work out.

Sit Ups.

You should start out doing at least 5 the first time, then the next time make it 10, then next time make it 15 and so on. If you start out doing too many at first, your body will be extremely sore. Good luck.

Most girls that I know that have a six pack, either take dance, gymnastics, or cheer. I'm not saying that those are the only ways to get it. But doing workouts might help and eating healthy.
