What ever the age difference, you can reach them 6 things that lurk on your body! Sits ups are fantastic for tummy work outs. The more protein you eat then the better. Dont think you can do too much exercise because you cant. Just keep up the sit ups. Mayb 100 in morning and 150 in the afternoon every day. Take photos of your tummy every 3 days and then you can look back at your progress and it gives you the drive to continue.
