First of all you would probably need to know how much you weigh altogether and then figure out how much you want to lose in those 5 months, so what you could do is do sit-ups, push-ups, do lots of running, and maybe get onto a sports team, eat and drink healthy thingsmost of all,and just do a lot of activities at school and else where.
