By law, a 15 year old female is not at the age of consent. The age of consent in Louisiana is 17 years of age. By law a man or woman is not allowed to have sex with a child under the age of 17. If the parents have proof they can press charges of sagitory rape and the man will be a registered sex offender for life, labeled a pedophile, and have to do some jail time. In any state the absolute minimum consent age is 16.
