Join a gym and hire a personal trainer to work with you as many times a week as you wish (typical is 2-3 times a week) for 1/2 hour to 1 hour per session. A personal trainer works with you one-on-one with customized nutrition plan and exercises to help you lose weight as well and tone and firm your body. You can also use the gym's treadmills and other cardio equipment (to walk off calories, build stamina, etc.) and weight-bearing machines (to firm abs, inner thighs, flabby arms, etc.) on your own in-beween training sessions. I am 57 and belong to SNAP Fitness, which has facilities throughout the US, so you can keep up with your exercise regimen even if you travel. The only thing the exercises above won't do is tone sagging skin (if you have that) that has lost its elasticity through the aging process, but otherwise, we can look at toned and fit as a 20-year-old.
