It depends on your moral boundaries. There is really no way of doing it without manipulating the other girl's emotions. You can, and there are some way of doing it that aren't mean per-say, but ultimatly manipulation is always always the only way. And most people feel like s**t after doing it. First of all, do you know them, and if you do, are you friends? If you're not friends, they're just eye candy, and you can find somebody else you don't have to toy with. If she is a friend, you should confess that you have feelings for her; if she's a true friend she'll let you dowm light. Now more and more girls are becoming willing to try, but if you're friends, its less likely that she'll try anything not because of the whole "dating a different gender" thing, and more like "dating a close friend" thing. Don't be offended if she doesn't want anything. And then, there's the uses of manipulation. I'll tell you some, but you'll look, and feel, like a total a**hole after its all over. If they're a friend, a really sensitive girl, then you can manipulate her by saying things like "But don't you like me?" or "I thought we were friends" and things along those lines. There's the tactic of picking her up on the rebound; when she breaks up with a guy, and is taking it badly, approach her. Ask to take her to a bar as just friends, get her wasted, and do the whole "Mens are pigs. Why don't you try a woman who cares about you and such" routine. You'll probably get to have your way with her if you're persuasive enough/she's drunk enough. If she's an open-minded girl, and you know that, and you're not friends, approach her like you would any person, and just talk to her. Ask her if she wants to do something (no homo, and yes, there's relevance in me saying that), and then ask her about herself while doing it, and if she might be interested in the idea. And just sometimes, you can't get the person you want. It happens to straight men with gay women, straight women with gay men, gay women with straight women, and gay men with straight men. Sometimes you just can't do anything. Hopefully you'll realize that if they're somebody close that you shouldn't do something to manipulate her, because if she wants to try it, she'll say so. And if not, shhe'll say so.

I recommend you don't do the "toying with her emotions" route, because you'll feel like s**t about it later.
