Run to your closest Children's Aid. We call it 'Child Welfare' in Canada. They will see to your needs and if you have good cause and abuse can be proven Child Aid will be sure you are placed with a family that cares. Some teens from 15 - 16 years of age will run away from home, but this isn't the answer. You need an education, a job to live and so it would be wiser to go to Child Aid for help. _________________ Being subject to abuse is a very scary situation, however, you are not alone. Depending on what county you are in, contact your local Department of Human Resources. If you are not sure how to proceed, go to the nearest police station and notify them that you are being abused. They should be able to direct you. Do not run away from home but seek help as there are people out there that can help you.
