There is no difference, because a transgender woman is a real woman. "an Adams apple"

There is now surgery to correct this. So an Adam's Apple is not a valid sign that someone had the surgery and unless you are looking to have children with this person, it makes no difference. At the point at which you are considering children, the way to tell is to ask.

Not all men have noticeable Adams Apples (I don't) nor do they all have large hands, etc. But usually there's something, maybe the voice, or the general facial structure that will tip you off. If you think so, ask them. I've had men ask me and I'd rather they did that then get enraged afterwards. There are enough other men who either don't care or like it.

I am going to answer the question of "What if I had sex with a transgender person what should I do?" Because I think you are trying to avoid this type of situation. If this does happen, don't overreact. I know this would definitely be one of those experiences that a lot of guys could see themselves overreacting. However, you would know if the person is transgender, since transgenders, as opposed to transsexuals, tend not to get surgery. If you were with a former transsexual woman who is now just a woman, then remember that she is a woman legally and medically, and a surgeon would not have operated if they didn't believe the person really should have been born female.

So if this did happen. Take a deep breath, calm down. If you had/have sex with a transgender woman, this does not mean that you are gay, or want to wear women's clothing, or want to become transgender yourself. I know these might sound like stupid answers, but I am sure a lot of guys would be asking themselves this. Also you are no less of man because of this or you shouldn't need to feel shame either.

Please remember this no matter what happens, she deserves to be treated with respect not hate or anger. She is a human being and treat her with the dignity and respect all women and men, including transgendered people, deserve. Unless she's just told you, you won't know she was a man at one point, the surgeons are getting that good. What you might encounter is a prostitute (not in a house in Las Vegas) who is trying to make money for whatever reason and willing to do whatever. This is NOT the average transwoman; very few transwomen end up being prostitutes; they may end up broke and alone and lonely, but they have more pride than that. The chances of even meeting a transwoman is about at most 1 in 10,000; it's not likely. So if you think you've been 'fooled', most likely you've been trolling for prostitutes, and if you are doing that, Caveat Emptor: let the buyer beware.

Those who get the surgery are born with transsexualism and get the surgery to be women. Transgenders, on the other hand, rarely get the surgery. So refer to someone as transsexual if they will eventually get surgery and as transgender if they are the type who is between the genders, a 3rd gender, or actively chooses to never get the surgery. If a person needs the surgery and cannot get it, they are preop transsexual, while a person who would never get the surgery in the best of circumstances if it were free are just transgender. There are people out there who claim the transgender community and the whole entire social construct of transgenderism was created to harm those born with the separate condition called transsexualism. Born transsexuals tend to be more conservative than transgenders, and thus those on the political left would have great interest in defaming born transsexuals as chosen transgenders in order to destroy their influence and punish them for their political views.

What you are born as is your biological sex.  Nature created 2 sexes.  Trans created confusion and disharmony and illusion.

Collarbones. a male typically will have more pronounced and straight collarbones. jaw line tends to be more square and chin a bit bigger. There are operations to feminize the face but if you learn natural bone structures, you can easily tell. Abdominal belt. Hip placement. A woman’s shoulders and hips will always align or the hips will be bigger. Size of hands. A woman’s first and ring finger usually are the same length. Breasts on a trans are usually lower. On a woman thé navel tends to be lower And the waist cinched and higher. on a man the back is straight but a woman’s will be curved to hold the weight during pregnancy. 90% of Hollywood actresses were born male. They stage pregnancies but once you compare them to women in real life, you will see it. They do it because it’s their religion. Clearly that’s not why a normal trans person does it but the Hollywood cult is real. I could get I to that but it would take a lot more explaining. My uncle is an a-list actor and confirmed all of this craziness to me and its just bizarre how few real women actually are in Hollywood. Most are inverted. It’s also why he got away from making movies and doesn’t date other stars. He’s pretty conservative.

Am I gay for liking pre-op trans-gender women?

If you are attracted to her femininity and consider her to be a woman, then no, you are not gay, whether she's pre-op, post-op or no op. Likewise, if she considers herself a woman and is attracted to you, and you're a man, then she is also straight, even though she was born male. A transgender woman is a woman stuck in a man's body, and a transgender man is a man stuck in a woman's body. So, in other words, it's a case by case basis. It matters what gender you identify with and what gender you're attracted to. If the two are the same, then you are homosexual. If the two are different, you are straight. In your case, you are straight.

What is the difference between a she man and a gay?

For starters, there is no such thing as a she man. Other than that, Gay men are men who are attracted to members of the same sex, and she men don't exist, although this can be used as a derogatory term for a transgender woman.
