There is no healthy way to lose weight quickly. The fastest way you can lose weight is eat well, sleep at least 8 hours each night with no interruptions and excercise regularly.
wow It doesnt help you lose weight. you lose water beacsue it causes you to sweat. When you drink again, it just goes back on! Not ideal. :-)

But after a while, your metabolism will slow down, or you will binge in hunger, or both. The weight you lose is very temporary.
