Drugs give us pleasure by releasing pleasure hormones in our brain.
We get addicted to drugs because in normal situations without drugs our brain cannot secrete pleasure hormones in large quantities.
and after prolonged drug use the brain loses its ability to secrete pleasure hormones without the help of drugs,
Thus for a drug addict pleasure without drugs is not possible.
Yoga and Meditation help us in controlling our brain , they help in relieving stress , through meditation anger & anxiety is reduced,thus we are more happy & require no external help such as drugs to feel good.
