Well if your looking for an activity then gymnastics is what i would do. even a simple tumbling class will get any one in to shape. At home i would just like do activities like some wii games like just dance and wii fit. I hope this helps you find an activity to get stronger

That's nice, but true. I've had a six pack since 2nd or 3rd grade, but if you do crunches (around 25 at that age, because your metabolism is very fast at that age, so you should be pretty fit) and if you do 20 push ups a day, you will get a six pack in no time.
Drink less fizzy drinks , Eat healthier , No fast food, Maybe do some , Maybe crunches <-- Only a few dont work him so hard he doesnt want to do it.
Yes, A six year old can have a six pack. He has abdominal muscles just like you and me. If he eats well and uses them they may become well defined I've seen a six year old with a six pack.
