For the one doing the bullying, without any intervening, it may
- Make them feel they are justified
- Push them to bully others to get their way or become more popular
- Make them believe bullying is the correct outlet to anger or frustration
- Drastically affect their future social skills for the worst
- One day drive them to be outcasts
And so on.
