Lose weight, shave your belly, and clean yourself more often. Please excuse my bluntness, I have only noticed belly button lint in the belly buttons of fat people.
Possible alternate solutions:
1. Clean your lint trap so it absorbs more lint from your clothes
2. Wear clothes that are made from a different fabric

∙ 12y agoIn short trim never Shave it all off. That goes for most body hair.
If you shave you'll have an itching sensation around the area of the hair growing back and from experience its annoying.
Go find a body trimmer that has like levels (as long as its not touching as in some space between the trimmer and you)
but if you want it all gone i would go with waxing just be careful not to make it infected.
