you can try wearing rubber gloves or protective gloves of some sort, that the hamster cant nibble off and eat, and try putting some food in your hand, so it might cilmb on your hand and eat the food, then after you do that alot, and the hamster gets used to it, slowly take of the gloves and see what happens. Some hamsters are a little aggressive. Also, ask yourself, are you washing your hands before you hold him? Because, the scented soap can make him think you are food. Hamsters don't have very good eyesight.
