There's no such thing as a fast fix to loosing weight. However, a healthy diet and exercise will help quite a bit. Try playing with your 3 year old at the park, going to walks, etc. and I'm sure you'll notice a change. Don't fad diet or skip meals because you'll just gain the weight back.
