Sweety I totally been there before. When I found out my best friend was with the guy i was still in love with i was upset. But sweety the best thing to do is make sure you get rid of everything you have that would remind you of him, and what i did was tell my friend that if she wants to hang it has to be just us, that her bf cant come along. If she brings the bf then you would just go back to memories of when you two were together. I know it is tough sweety. Just hang in there. There are plenty of fish in the sea. It takes a while to get over someone especially if you loved them. But if you take them out of your mind and just continue your life without him things would get better, and you will meat a special guy that would make you happier then your ex has. I hope things go well and that you will find a guy that wont hurt you and a friend who wont stab you in the back
