I'm not sure but it can transfer into heat and sound energy, ill check it up but im pretty sure about my answer...
It can also be transfered into radiant, or light energy...
example: When a nuke( nueclear energy) hits the groun, it makes a loud BOOM!(sound) and it makes fire(heat energy), and then the fire glows(light energy).

Energy transfer: take it somewhere else. Energy conversion: change it to another type of energy.
One type of atom (element or isotope) is converted to another. This is called nuclear reaction.
Nuclear fusion. But it really doesn't "create" energy - one type of energy is converted to another type.
The rate of energy transfer - any type of energy transfer, including this specific case - is called the power. The SI unit is the watt, which is equal to joules/second.
transforming enery is when you apply a new enery to make it become a new energy itself, transferring is where you move energy to some wher els using more energy.

Electrical energy
Not necessarily. Quite often, only part of the energy is transferred. Another part may be wasted, or simply remain in its original form. The details really depend on the specific type of energy transfer.
Nuclear energy is produced in fission by the destruction of mass (a small proportion of the mass of the U-235 nucleus). The energy appears initially as kinetic energy of the fission fragments, which are quickly stopped inside the fuel rods and the energy is converted to thermal energy (heat)
ALL waves transfer energy.
