Assuming that you have an advertisement or a job description for the open position; It is important to highlight the items reqested in the ad or description. Take a sheet of paper and draw a line vertically down the center. On the left side write in the requirement (ie. BS Degree or Equivalent) in the right hand column write in your qualifications (ie. Graduated 1988, University of Illinois - BS Degree in Accounting with a minor in finance.
