If you loo up a pretzel recipe you will see that it generally has a recipe for making the dough... if not you can look that up separately. Just look up a soft pretzel recipe on Epicurious.com or AllRecipes.com... if you wanted to make hard pretzels you could jsut overbake them I suppose, hah
A pretzel is a type of baked food made from dough it has sweet flavors and sometimes it taste better with CHEESE !
Dough is ready to be baked when you make a slight finger depression in it, and the dough bounces back.
Batters and dough made with baking powder are ready to cook as soon as the ingredients are combined. Baking powder dough does not require time to rise as yeast dough does.
first you buy a pretzel shape device then after you do that you take a bowl put flower in it then one tbs of salt and put two eggs then mix the whole thing up , then take the pretzels shape device and shape the dough in pretzel form, then put the dough on a baking pan sheet and put it in the oven for 5 hours and when the pretzel is done sprinkle some salt on each on, let it sit there for 2 or 3 or maybe more minutes ,then when that's done you could enjoy a delicous mouth watering pretzel , put some dipping sauce to make it sweet if you like . and that's how one makes pretzel.

If you can't incorporate it in, then your loaf will not be wrecked. It will not brown as nicely, it will not be as glutonous and probably will be bland. Your rise will be less as well. Basically, your baked dough will be more like a ciabatta.
