You can get feedback on communications by asking someone to watch over your discussions and tell you what you need to improve and what you are good at (strengths & weaknesses.)
You can also record your discussion and ask someone to watch/listen to it & see what they decide, you can even listen to it yourself and whoever was involved in the discussion.
constructive feedback
A: POSITIVE feedback will force the amplifier to sit at its rail saturated
negative feedback
Feedback resistance is as simple as it sounds. Feedback is someone other than our self looking at something we did and tell us their opinion. When we are resistant to their suggestions we are show feedback resistance.
in negative feedback. when an enzyme (negative feed back mechanism) produces too much of a molecule or substance that substance binds to the enzymes allosteric site to hault production of that substance (negative feedback response). and the whole process is the negative feedback loop.

effactive

It is important to accept feedback from others, so that you can learn and improve from your mistakes, this way in the future you can do a much better job. Getting feedback from your manager will also help see ourselves from the perspective of others, to see ourselves as others see us. We can learn a great deal from feedback. I would encourage my manager to give me feedback, so that i know what tasks im doing really well/good and what tasks im not so great at doing.
Provide positive feedback
Customer feedback can be collected in a number of ways. Some companies have websites to collect feedback from its customers about specific shopping experiences, or publicly displayed email address to encourage customer engagement. Others use surveys to get a balanced view of public opinion.

dik Not sure what they mean by that but... A good example of a positive feedback loop is the increased production of insulin by our pancreas. After a meal we may have heightened blood sugar levels. The endocrine system triggers insulin production in the pancreas to counteract this rise and return our blood sugar levels back to normal. Once normality has been reached the endocrine system signals our pancreas to cease the production and release of insulin. Actually, that is an example of a negative feedback loop. Negative feedback loops negate an action, while positive feedback loops encourage it. An example of a Positive feedback loop is childbirth, the body increases the amount of oxytocin in the blood to encourage contractions in order to birth the baby.
