it's not so easy, but i have some tips for you guys.....
1) the most important thing is to stop or reduce the smoking.
2) take lemon, and allow some juice of it to lips, massage it gently. it will work if you do that some days..
3) take rose water, mix sugar in it, and then apply it to your lips, believe me this very very good procedure to get rid from black lips.....
also maybe you people will find a lot of procedure for it in internet
