There are two possible reasons that all zeros might show up as the Caller ID on an incoming call. First, there may have been some sort of technical glitch somewhere in the process of sending the Caller ID from the caller to the recipient, resulting in the loss of the data, so the telephone company switch on your end sent zeros. The other possibility is that the caller intentionally sent invalid Caller ID data; unfortunately, it is trivially easy for anyone with a business phone system to send bogus Caller ID data. The only way to track the actual number is by getting your telephone company to put a trace on your line, to capture the ANI of the calling party. However, they may charge you for this service and/or require a court order or other law enforcement intervention.
