Sulfuryl flouride has negligible effect on the ozone layer (in current concentrations), however...
CFCs are heavier than air and so is sulfuryl flouride. We see these gases at the elevation of the ozone layer. We've measured their concentration there. Diffusion does not care how heavy a molecule is. The molecular weight only controls how long it takes to get to an elevation, not whether or not it can get there.
Carbon based compounds which contain fluoride. By far the most commonly known fluorocarbons are the chlorofluorocarbons - CFCs - that were implicated in the degradation of the ozone layer.
When treating water, ozone alone has no effect on ammonia. If bromine is present, ozone can oxidize bromine eventually to bromate, and bromate will convert ammonia to nitrogen gas and water. For more, search for "breakpoint bromination".
Most of the oxygen in the atmosphere is O2, at any altitude. It's true that ozone molecules, O3, are heavier than regular oxygen gas O2, but mixtures of gases do not layer out by mass or density -- they thoroughly mix. In the stratosphere, however, the higher levels of ultraviolet radiation produce fresh ozone from diatomic oxygen, so ozone concentrations remain higher in this region.
Keep the ozone layer intact. CFC's in the upper atmosphere destroys the Ozone layer and puts a hole in it, allowing more UV radiation in.
it can easily transfer heat, twice than CFC and have Zero effect on the ozone layer
Ozone is heavier than air. Ozone is found in the upper atmosphere, because it is made "up there", and decays back to oxygen before it can fall very far.
Ozone does have a cooling effect. It is because of its properties.
Yes, chlorofluorocarbons have an adverse effect on the ozone layer. These react with ozone and decompose it to deplete the ozone layer.
The CFC's have greatest effect. They react with ozone to deplete it.
Yes, it has. Smoke from crackers have an effect on ozone.
No. Ozone has no effect on CO2.
The Average O.S. of Oxygen = +2/3
CFC's deplete the ozone. They react with ozone and deplete it.
The greenhouse effect the ozone at the poles. It is the maximum at the poles.
Ozone layer is present in stratosphere. It does not cause it any effect.
Runny beef stew has no effect on the ozone layer. Methane from cows has no effect on the ozone layer.
CFc's have the greatest effect. the decompose ozone.
