You cannot, nor are all listeners motivated by the same things.
Motivation means different things to different people. It does not need to be a 'thing' that you do. And if you see it as a culture rather than, 'We're doing Motivation today', it becomes a whole lot easier. People get motivated in all sorts of ways - the key is to find out what the 'hot-button' is for each and every one of them - accepting they will be different. This is not as complicated as it might seem - if you do your homework! The average person when asked how to motivate someone will tell you what motivates him or her. Unfortunately, everyone is different and what motivates one employee may only make another employee angry. The method we use to motivate each employee must be tailored to the individual employee. We must offer them something that value as an incentive to work towards a goal. One size does not fit all when it comes to motivation.
A person who is excessively motivated by affiliation may prioritize social connections, seek approval, and fear rejection more than others. They may constantly seek validation from others and have a strong need for social acceptance and belonging, sometimes at the expense of their own personal goals and well-being. This excessive motivation for affiliation can impact their decision-making and behavior in various aspects of their life.
to grab the attention of listeners and tell the main idea of the speech.
Expect the same thing to happen every time and How things work
I string willed, motivated and team leader
I had the same problem until I really listened to what people were saying. They just talk about random things and about themselves. If they tell you about an experience they had tell them about yours. Tell them about you. Don't be afraid to get yourself out there. They will listen just as you have done.
you should tell he you did not like that. and if you cannot tell a teacher or your parents how you feel
You should tell them at a real calm moment, say things like-I have to tell you something very important.-then you say I have a crush on you. Then you ask if they feel the same way.
tell them about it especially if they are female
Somebody has to tell the story!
Listeners are java classes which extend EventListener. Event handling is a process of notifying listeners of an event. For example if you click a button, the AWT thread will process the click and the button will notify any of it's relevant listeners of the event that just occurred, calling all the added ActionListeners actionPerformed functions. When events happen the system doesn't know who to tell about the actions. Telling everybody would be a waste. So listeners are required to be registered to the various Swing and AWT classes, as well as any custom listeners you may want to write, so as to know who should be told when something happens. Which is how the listener paradigm works thus implementing event handling (at least in Java).
I hate to answer your question with a question, but was there a situation where the trust was broken?
