How could the 22nd and the 24th us presidents have the parents?

The 22nd and 24th Presidents were the same man. Grover Cleveland served as the 22nd President from 1885 to 1889, and he served again as the 24th President from 1893 to 1897. Benjamin Harrison served in the interim as the 23rd President from 1889 to 1893.Grover Cleveland is the only President to have served two non-consecutive terms.

How could the 22nd and the 24th us presidents have the same parents but were not brothers?

because they were the same person. grover Cleveland served as the 22nd and 24th president. he served two terms just not consecutively

How could the 22nd and the 24th us presidents have the same parents but wernt brothers?

It was the same person, Grover Cleveland. The powers that be like to count him twice because his two terms were nonconsecutive (1885-1889 & 1893-1897). That's why so many people mistakenly think that since Barack Obama is the 44th President, 43 people were President before him. I've even heard a reporter on a nationwide cable news network make that mistake.

What was unique about the presidents before Benjamin Harrison and after him?

"They" were the same person: President Grover Cleveland was both the 22nd and the 24th President, with Harrison gaining a narrow electoral victory to become the 23rd President in 1888. Cleveland won the popular vote in three elections: 1884, 1888, and 1892. Cleveland lost his home state of New York in 1888 primarily due to political conflicts with New York City.

This President ousted an incumbent President from office but then lost to the same guy in the next election?

Benjamin Harrison unseated the incumbent President Grover Cleveland and four years later Cleveland regained the Presidency to become both the 22nd and the 24th President of the United States.

Why do they name only 44 presidents?

I am not sure what you want to know. Elections occur every 4 years, starting in 1788. Some presidents are elected twice. One(F D Roosevelt) was elected to four terms. Four presidents were shot and killed, four died of natural causes, and one resigned without finishing his last term. Grover Cleveland was president on two non-consecutive occasions, and so is counted twice (as the 22nd and 24th president). Obama is the 44th president, but is really only the 43rd person to occupy that position.
