The difference between windows XP and Vista are: The Box colors, instead of being solid colors, they're translucent. The Text on the boxes differ as well. You can also download widgets on the Vista. However, the XP is faster. vista is also trying to look/work like an i-mac with many small extras compared to xp although does not really work as is sort of half way between an imac and an xp

He created Microsoft Corporation (not sure if he had partners), and made the Windows operating system. At the time, operating systems were basically text editors with no graphics at all. What Windows version had the worst 16-bit support?

I doubt there's any way to really quantify "worst." Windows NT running on non-Intel architectures could only run certain MS-DOS programs under emulation, and 64-bit versions Windows XP/Vista/7 cannot run 16-bit applications at all. 32-bit versions of Windows Vista and 7 can run 16-bit Windows applications, but MS-DOS programs are limited to text mode.

Can you run DOS versions of Lotus 1-2-3 in Windows Vista?

Most DOS applications don't run well in Windows Vista, although CLI and text-mode programs like Lotus 1-2-3 should run ok. 64-bit versions of Vista cannot run DOS applications at all. If you want to run Lotus 1-2-3 on those, try using a program like DOSBox.
