Putting air in any aquarium is simple. Fish actually breathe oxygen, not air. As water passes over a system of extremely fine gill membranes, fish absorb the water's oxygen content. Gills contain a network of fine blood vessels (capillaries) that take up the oxygen and diffuse it through the membranes. So we are looking to get bubbles and some kind of plant life in the tank. A filter can easily make bubbles and give oxygen to your fish. Live plants also put off oxygen.
buy an aerator under a treasure chest ornament or something and keep a good running filter
if it is just in a fish bowland its the only thing in their i wouldn't waist my money but if it is in an actual tank and you have any other fish in their than yes
They aerate the water, providing oxygen to the water for the fish to breath through there gills.
Fish that can be kept in an aquarium are fun and entertaining. Fish require food, water, a tank to put them in, a heat lamp, probably a filtration system, a bubbler to aerate the water. and of course, toys. Everything you will need should be found at a local pet store.
You need a tank, food, water purifier, someway to aerate the tank, and (of course) sea-monkey eggs.

They eat algae, aerate the gravel, and provide a food source for fish and other tank-mates.
Salt Water Fish
Assuming the dirty fish tank has had fish and water in it, without doing various specialised water tests it is impossible to tell what is in it.
It might be unsafe to drink because fish food, fish scales, fish waste, and many different kinds of bacteria are in fish tank water.
