This person can't always be walking in the opposite direction. If they are sitting down somewhere (alone) or standing somewhere alone just walk up and smile and start talking. After a couple of times of this then ask the person out. Don't be fearful of a "no" answer because most of us have had to face rejection and still will, so take it in stride because it's not personal. It's all about chemistry. You just never know .. the person could say yes. Don't go through life on "what ifs." Give it a shot! Good luck Marcy
