yes we can prevent poverty, those who are millionaires or billionares could help poor people, give them resources, food, supplies, and especially build some buildings for them to go schooling or get jobs in. We should all help each other out in this world, because some people are playing around with money because they have alot, but some need money desperately even though its just $2 or $5.
